Our house was built in 1970 and still has the original piping. We called for estimate for re-pipe of our home as we are getting more and more sediment in our pipes.. It's time. We called on Sunday, and Ivan and his co worker (also very nice, cannot remember his name) came out on Monday. Excellent customer service. A project this big can be overwhelming but Ivan explained everything very well and gave us options for the project that made it more manageable. We are glad we contacted them and look forward to working with them.... more to follow

In and Out Plumbing were very responsive to an emergency plumbing issue. They worked very hard to identify the problem and solve it. Gerardo and Omar kept us informed at each step of the process. They treated our home with care and respect. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the problem was solved before they left.

The crew (Geraldo&Omar) arrived early and worked professionally throughout the project, I was a bit surprised at the cost initially, however I got over it because it needed to get done.

We have had In & Out to our house a few times, and I am always impressed with their polite, prompt and professional scheduling and servicing. Today they replaced and installed new toilets quickly and efficiently. They made an excellent first impression months ago when they put on shoe covers before they came in. Thank you to Ivan, Jorge, Rigo and the whole team.

Gerardo B is truly an outstanding plumber who went above and beyond to help us. His expertise in diagnosing our water heater was nothing short of impressive, and he approached the entire process with genuine care and dedication. When we discussed the price, he took the time to step out and speak with his manager, fighting passionately to get us the best deal possible. In less than two hours, he expertly replaced our water heater, showing incredible skill and efficiency. But that’s not all—Gerardo didn’t stop there. He thoroughly inspected our adjacent rooms connected to the garage, where the water heater had failed, and discovered water damage all around. He didn’t just leave us with problems—he made sure we were taken care of. He connected us with Total Reatore an outstanding company that arrived in under 30 minutes, ready to help. In & Out is a truly remarkable plumbing company, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in Washington state. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference during a stressful situation.

Ivan & Omar showed on time. They installed a new garbage disposal & faucet in no time flat. It would have taken us 3 days and a marriage counselor!!! They cleaned everything up & were super courteous. In & Out Plumbing lived up to their reputation! Thank you!!
