Now Hiring: Licensed Plumber (PL02 Residential or PL01 Commercial Certified)

Shop Location: NE Tacoma, WA

Service Areas: King, Pierce, & Thurston Counties

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs./week), with on-call rotations, weekends, and occasional holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform sales and installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing fixtures, pipes, etc.
Lead and train apprentices, guiding them through the certification process
Ensure compliance with local building codes & safety regulations (UPC, WA State standards)
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
Work with inspectors, contractors, and customers to ensure project success
Drive company vehicles to service residential properties across King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties
Handle physical demands (including lifting heavy equipment (50-100 lbs.), working in crawlspaces, and operating in extreme temperatures
Be available for on-call shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

PL02 Residential or PL01 Commercial Plumbing License (Washington State)
L&I-certified apprenticeship training (min. 6,000 hours)
Strong knowledge of the Unified Plumbing Code (UPC) and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience mentoring apprentices
Comfortable using CRM software, invoicing systems, and scheduling tools
